School Bathroom Refurbishment - Summer 2024

We completed a full refurbishment of the school’s bathroom facilities during the summer of 2024, delivering a modern, durable, and hygienic upgrade. The project included electrical works, plumbing, drylining, carpentry, ceiling installation, and full painting and decoration. Our team handled everything from strip‑out to final finishes, coordinating multiple trades to ensure a smooth turnaround within the summer break.

The result is a brighter, safer, and more efficient space designed to meet the demands of daily school use.

We have been employing the services of Total Construction now since April 2016 and found the company have provided outstanding service in assisting with us in relation to a large FM provider. Total Construction have provided quality surveys & reports regarding works requested and the installations have been completed in the same manner with no issues and complimented by a satisfied client. Total Construction have provided all aspects of construction & managed M&E services over a large geographical area within their region.

Total Construction has and is providing us with Facilities Management, items such as legionella/water testing, PAT testing and Emergency Lighting Testing; and has also provided a first class, first response service when needed.  There have been occasions when a plumber or electrician has been needed in school, and Total Construction has facilitated this in excellent time. More recently, Total Construction has been instrumental in the total refurbishment of ‘The Old Fishponds Library’ which the school purchased in 2014.  Work started on the project in 2015 and is now in the very last days of completion.  The building has been refurbished to an extremely high standard, completed within time, and with excellent knowledge and advice given as the project has progressed.
